Background

Telia wanted to design a new remote control for their upcoming TV box that was user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

Assignment

I was responsible for prototyping and helped usability test the new remote control to ensure that it met the needs of Telia’s customer.

Outcome

My work resulted in a remote control that was easy to use, intuitive, and designed with the end-users in mind. By testing the prototype with real users, Telia was able to refine the design and ensure that the new remote control met the needs of their customers.
